Walking the Line, the CD recording of Australia's Number One Johnny Cash Show is now available at a South Australian retailer as well as at live performances. Allington's Outpost in Salisbury South has put the CD on their shelves - along with its substantial collection of country music - where it is doing it's own 'walking' off the racks! If the CD is unavailabe, place an order with Allington's; stock is replenished regularly.
There has been growing radio interest in the CD, much of which is focussed on the two original tracks written and recorded in the same style as many of Cash's early recordings, The Eyes of the Drunk and The Loving is the Easy Part, both written and sung by the show's lead, Rohan Powell. Tracks can be heard on Wally Sparrow's Country Breakfast on Radio Adelaide, 101.5 FM. Allington's is situated in the Parafield Airport shopping precinct on Main North Road. If travelling to Salisbury South is a bit longer than a day trip, log on to www.allingtons.com.au for on-line shopping of the Walking The Line CD (as well as outdoor gear and clothing). |
