The Fringe rolls on but there is plenty of other stuff around.

 Both of these shows are lots of fun and entertaining. Come for Pastor Cash and stay for the Cat's Pyjamas at the Prospect Town Hall. Licensed Bar, parking at the rear of the hall.

Stefan Grossman at the Gov

Stefan Grossmanʼs name is synonymous with most aspects of the acoustic guitar experience. The legendary founder of California indie blues label Kicking Mule Records is world renown for his fingerstyle and will return to The Gov on Monday, March 10 to treat us once again to his wealth of knowledge.
Grossman is a performer who makes it look easy. His laid back humour belies his brilliance – itʼs easy to forget that the man on Sample Imagestage is playing some of the most difficult pieces possible on an acoustic guitar!
Having played with the likes of Eric Clapton, Paul Simon, John Renbourn and Bert Jansch, this will be Stefanʼs second visit in 30 years after returning from a long absence in 2012.
STEFAN'GROSSMAN at The Gov, Mon March 10
Tickets: $30 + Booking Fee; Doors open @ 7:30 pm;
Tickets available from www.moshtix.com.au | www.thegov.com.au | ww.venuetix.com.au|

A battle Royale - Bob Dylan verses Neil Young:

Sample ImageBattle royale March 15 and 16 at the Rob Roy hotel.    Stuart Day has been channelling Neil Young since “Tonight’s the Night” knocked his socks off in 1975. Since then there have been plenty of new socks, but only one Neil.   Aussie Bob was ‘groomed for the position’ of carrying Dylan’s music to the public. “He sounds more Bob than Bob does,” said one Fringe blogger last year. “I’m now addicted to Aussie Bob” said another.
