Big Smoke Tonight!!! At the The Cumberland Newport Hotel

Sample ImageI made a mistake in an earlier post and here is the fallout:
Hi. Denis. Paddy the sax player from Big Smoke here. The ad on blue ring for our gig this Thursday 17 has the 1 missing. Easter bunny took it for Christopher Painss who needs it to take over Qantas when evil plaything Alan Joyless makes the share price 0. Please risk Wrath Of Bunny and put the 1 back so that everyone knows their last chance to have fun before sad egg Friday is to get down to our gig on Thursday 17th April.

Thanks
Don't have a too happy Easter or Bunny will get you!

Sorry about that paddy. But, I am not scared of the Easter bunny because I have a double barrel shotgun and a cooking pot waiting for the fukkr to drop his arse down my chimbley! I am, however, terrified of the oestrogen bunny. That's really scary.

Come and see Tsunami Steve, Gidget, Keanau Reefer, Bruce Bumbora and whoever else rip into some fabulous surf classics and a bunch of other hip tunes from the days of wild fun in the sun and carefree no-strings-attached sex. On the beach. But it will be at the Federal Hotel Semaphore. 3 pm-ish.

Why Pay More?

You’re wasting your money, mate, buyin’ them expensive Easter Eggs.
Why??? The kids love ‘em.
Yeah... but you’re paying too much. Kids don’t kow the difference between the posh ones and the cheap ones.  I can get you boxes of cheap bastards for about fifty cents each.
Fifty cents each?
Yeah; they fell off the back of a truck.
So… they’re broken are they?
Nah; Nah, they’re all good, not broken.
It was lucky you were there to stop them from getting damaged when they fell, eh?
Yeah, well I can get as many as you want: milk chocolate or white chocolate… fifty cents each.
Are they good?
Course they are, they’re all good….
Cadbury’s or something like that? Red Tulip?
Yeah, the brand is sort of something like that, but they’re not your big brands ok? These are made in China.
Hmm!  That doesn’t sound too good.
Nah, Nah… look they're all good; see this white chocolate... well it’s got the same stuff in it that they use in Chinese baby formula… except it’s low in fat and calories….
Isn’t it that paint thickener?
Yeah…. but it’s okay to consume because it’s low in fat and stuff…. And it doesn’t hang around in their systems. Gives a bit of a clean out. But,  I tell you mate the kids won’t know the difference.
And what about them milk chocolate eggs?
Well, it’s not real chocolate; the brown is more of a natural mineral brown which is perfectly digestible … by many … well, some species. … of yangsee parrot.
It’s mud, isn’t it.
Sort of. More like a special clay. But it is very low on fat as well.
So… they’re perfectly safe.
Of course. Errr....  none of your kids smoke do they?
Why?
Well, you not supposed to eat them near a naked flame… the artificial flavour is… um alcohol… or rather… ethanol sort of based.
Might give it a miss, none of this Chinese-made food sounds any good to me.
Why not? It sounded pretty good to the Australian company that wanted it made and sent over here.
